All video rentals are non-refundable. Once a video is rented, you will have access to it for the specified duration, and no refunds will be provided for unused access time.
2. Cancellations
Since our content is delivered digitally, cancellations are not possible once a video has been rented and access has been granted.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the rented video, please contact us at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. However, refunds will not be issued for user-end technical problems.
